Ben’s cooking experience spans from Fast Food, Fine Dining, working as a Camp Chef to being a Kitchen Manager. I found his method rather strange. I’d rather leave one of the onion endings so I can hold it from there, then cut is in small pieces from the start, without needing to move the knife so much across the chopping board. How do you chop onions?

    In the beginning he slide’s the two upper pieces of the onion with his blade.
    It’s bad for the knife.
